The process usually starts with a formal notice to the tenant, followed, if payment is not made, by a claim for payment and possibly eviction before the competent court. The office first reviews your lease and supporting documents.
Do I need a lawyer to buy property?
It is not always mandatory, but checking the land title, encumbrances and contract beforehand prevents most disputes. A lawyer can also draft or review the promise of sale.
